Three ways to play on a phone

1. In the browser

1. Open your casino's site in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and sign in.

Portrait or landscape?

Sugar Rush redraws its layout for both. In portrait the 7×7 board takes the full width with the controls stacked underneath, which suits one-handed play but makes multiplier values small. In landscape the board is larger relative to the text and the controls sit to the side. If you want to follow which cells are building, landscape is the better choice.

Mobile troubleshooting

• Game stuck on the loading bar: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and reload. The first load is the heaviest.
• Stutter during tumbles: close other tabs and apps, and turn off battery saver.
• Screen dims or locks mid-session: autoplay does not keep the screen awake in every browser; tap occasionally or extend the auto-lock time.
• Connection dropped during a spin: the result is decided on the server. Reopen the game and it resumes or shows the completed round; the outcome does not change.
• Location check fails in the app: allow precise location for the casino app in the phone's settings and switch off any VPN.

How to recognise a genuine casino app

• It is listed in the App Store or Google Play under the operator's legal name.
• The operator's own website links to it.
• It asks you to sign in to an account that also works on the website.
• It never asks for payment to “unlock” the game or to withdraw winnings.

An app or file that carries only the name of the slot, with no licensed operator behind it, fails all four tests.
